• Annotate - please talk us through the walk - tell us as much as you can about operational challenges; what you like, what you wish you could change. 

• Anecdote - we love a history lesson! Most kitchens we see have a variety of appliances and all of differing ages and condition - and there's often a story about the journey you've been on. It's great for context.

• More in = More Out - dataplates are ideal, but clear, smooth footage is critical - we need to pause and review in places and the framerate is often poor on phone videos.

A complete five-day design package taken to RIBA Stage 3, from initial site visit through to a fully costed tender specification ready for contractor quotes.

 

What's included:

• Initial site visit Site survey, measured layout drawings, equipment lifecycle review, and stakeholder meetings to understand goals, budgets and timelines.

• Design and budgeting Concept design document, spatial feasibility layouts, initial budget indications, equipment descriptions and timeline planning.

• Review and presentation Site or video call to present findings, option to visit a reference site or supplier demo kitchen, review of all stakeholder comments.

• Finalise and submit Final revisions, full equipment designs and specifications with itemised layouts, detailed budget pricing, and nomination of recommended contractors.
